Having spent over a decade in the built industry I knew from my first day that administration and governance were my calling! I have strong appreciation for clarity and process and enjoy working with teams to take the weight of "dreaded paperwork" off their shoulders, allowing developments to flourish.
With extensive experience across major hotel and residential projects across the UK & EU, I have recently decided to go solo, supporting teams who want better structure, clearer ownership and an overall calmer project delivery.
